Refunds & cancellation

Expert sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Within 24 hours, fees may be retained if a slot cannot be filled. Verified reviews and remediation are governed by the accepted quote; work not yet started may be cancelled for a full refund of amounts paid; work in progress is billed for hours/scope completed. Managed-service agreements cancel per the signed quote’s notice period. Cheque payments are refunded by cheque after clearance when a refund is owed.
