KCC CyberHealth is operated by King of CMS for organizational (clinic) customers. We minimize data: practice profile fields, assessment answers, account credentials, optional contact details, billing records, and evidence you choose to upload. We do not ask for patient names, health records, passwords, or incident evidence merely to complete the free check.

Assessment and evidence data are stored on KCC’s hosting infrastructure in Canada (this VPS and its managed database). Encrypted uploads (when enabled) use AES-256-GCM at rest under the practice tenant. Retention: active practice data while the account is open; anonymized funnel events without answers; deletion on written request subject to legal/accounting hold for invoices.

Marketing email requires a separate opt-in and includes unsubscribe. Service-contact consent is limited to the service you requested. For privacy questions or deletion: cyberhealth@kingofcms.net.
